The ABC's and 1-2-3's of Agriculture
Wisconsin Agriculture in the Classroom revised this older document to showcase different parts of agriculture. Each letter of the alphabet features something in agriculture with some basic facts, website links and images that students can color.
It also has an agricultural statistic using the numbers 1-26 to help students learn some basic facts and trivia about agriculture and where their food comes from.
Exploring Wisconsin Agriculture
Exploring Wisconsin Agriculture is a free, online interactive learning module aligned to Wisconsin Academic Standards to help students understand agriculture's role in shaping Wisconsin's history, economy, and careers. Each of the five e-learning modules include interactive learning activities and introductions to the top foods and agricultural commodities produced in Wisconsin. Modules may be used independently or sequentially.

Exploring Wisconsin Agriculture Mini Ag Mag
The Exploring Wisconsin Agriculture Mini Ag Mag is designed to support in-person agricultural literacy activities for students in grades 3-5. The Exploring Wisconsin Agriculture mini-ag mag will help students:
- Develop a basic understanding of the history of agriculture in Wisconsin.
- Describe the crops, commodities, and agriculture products that Wisconsin is nationally recognized for growing, producing and exporting and their impact on Wisconsin students.
- Explain the nutritional valuse of Wisconsin crops, commodities and agricultural products.
The mini mag is the perfect pairing to the free Exploring Wisconsin Agriculture E-Learning module.
Fun Faces of Wisconsin Agriculture
Fun Faces of Wisconsin Agriculture lesson plans were designed to provide you with ideas and materials to assist in integrating agricultural lessons into your classroom activities. These lessons and activities were originally compiled by the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Agriculture in the Classroom program. The purpose of these lesson plans is to increase agriculture and commodity awareness among students and to incorporate existing agricultural resources into the curriculum through lesson plans correlated to academic standards and teaching & learning styles. The lessons are organized to provide flexibility and the opportunity to learn more about specific Wisconsin commodities. The characters also have a bingo game and are available in tattoos. As each commodity lesson plan is updated, it will be added to the website.
Hands on Activities – Book One & Two
Hands-on learning is important for many students. In addition to being able to more fully understand educational and agricultural concepts, students will have fun completing these activities. This booklet provides step-by-step instructions and a list of materials needed for the activity to make coordinating educational activities fun and simple.
World of Corn Activity Book
The student version of the National Corn Growers Association's publication. Updated every three years, this booklet has activities, word searches and coloring pages to learn about corn. The books are sponsored by the Wisconsin Corn Growers Association. Limit of 425 per order. World of Corn books can be ordered through our online store.
